Creighton University in Vitro Study Highlights
Creighton University in-vitro study on BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions efficacy against Staphylococcus Aureus, Escherichia Coli and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.
Summary: Sample was spiked with numerous parasitic pathogens, bacteria and viruses. Sample tested had presence of beneficial bacteria. A 24-hour test revealed that BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions was found to be bactericidal, destroying all harmful pathogens. Bacteria and viruses were killed, but non-parasitic pathogens and bacteria were unaffected.
Sample Killed: Escherichia Coli, a pathogen normally present in the intestinal tract of humans and other animals.
Sample Killed: Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, normally a soil bacterium, an opportunistic pathogen of humans who are immune-compromised. It can infect the wounds of victims with severe burns, causing the formation of blue pus.
Sample Killed: Staphylococcus Aureus, a pyogenic (pus-producing) and opportunistic pathogen responsible for a range of infections including sever sepsis, pneumonia, boils, and endocarditis and soft tissue infections.
Research scientist comments:
Creighton has finished its lab test of BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions for antibacterial activity. BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions was bactericidal at a dilution of 1/8th for Escherichia Coli and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions also killed Staphylococcus Aureus during our labs 24-hour test.
The completely positive results with BACO Oxygen Rich Solutions demand that we continue to progress further into Phase III trials and towards commercialization. During the study, there were no Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) related to the study drug, and no patients withdrew from the study because of side effects from study drug treatment. BACO continues to be very well tolerated, with some patients receiving more than 12 months treatment to date.
